The capital requirements for starting a business are very low, but obviously the capital to be invested will have to reflect your business plan and be appropriate to the size of the project.

Obtaining the company's memorandum of association.

The company can be opened without the partners living in Portugal.

The share capital must be deposited with the bank by the end of the first year of business.
