After his experience abroad as director of a multinational, Carlos decided to create New Way | Visa & Relocation, focusing on giving clients a positive and motivating experience when moving to Portugal.
Founded in 2003 as a human resources consultancy firm, over the years it has supported thousands of clients and formed an experienced team that makes immigration to Portugal easier every day.
I was an expatriate and member of the Board of Danone Poland. I gained the experience and empathy to help successfully integrate thousands of expats.
The 14 years I worked at Unilever/Jerónimo Martins and as a director at Danone Portugal and Poland gave me a deep understanding of the priorities of high-performance companies.
I'm married to a foreign national and have a bilingual daughter.
I have a degree in Business Management and Psychology.
